7. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
