Stratagem Systems is a founder-led studio. When you work with it, you work with Savas Tutumlu, who scopes, designs, writes and ships the software himself. There are no account managers and no hand-offs.
Founded Stratagem Systems in Houston, Texas, in 2023 and has shipped 30 projects since. His work includes four iOS apps on the App Store, a 16-module manufacturing ERP, AI tools for an Istanbul school and a Google Ads API engine.
