What you can hire for

Services with shipped work behind them

Each line of work below links to a project you can open: a case study, an App Store listing or a live site.

Mobile apps

MUST, 1in46, Mawla and Zoomi Kids are live on the App Store under the founder's own developer account.

Google Ads automation

An engine on the Google Ads API that has generated 1,000+ ad groups and 2,000+ ads for a medical practice.

Financial data products

Sağlama recomputes ratios for Borsa İstanbul companies from their own statements and shows the source of every number.

IT consulting

Architecture reviews, stack choices and second opinions on vendor proposals, turned into a build plan.

How a project runs

Remote by design, with something to try every week

Istanbul is 7 to 11 hours ahead of North American time zones, so calls go in your morning and the build moves forward while you sleep.

  1. Scoping call

You explain the problem and the systems it touches. You hear whether it is a fit and how it would be approached.

  2. Written scope and quote

A fixed scope for the first version, with a price and a timeline you can hold the work to.

  3. Weekly demo builds

A working build to click through each week, so feedback arrives while changes are still cheap.

  4. Launch and handover

Code, database and hosting in your own accounts, with documentation. Support can continue after launch.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with companies anywhere in the US and Canada?

Yes. All work is remote, so where your company is based does not change how a project runs. Calls are booked in your morning, when the working day overlaps with Istanbul, where the founder works.

Who builds the software?

Savas Tutumlu, the founder of Stratagem Systems. He has shipped 30 projects since 2023, including four iOS apps on the App Store and a 16-module manufacturing ERP.

How long does a custom software project take?

It depends on the scope. A focused first version can take weeks; the SPSTARPLAST ERP was built and maintained from May 2025 to August 2026 and grew to 16 modules. You get a timeline together with the written scope.

What happens after launch?

Support can continue after launch, or the code, documentation and accounts can be handed over to your own team, as happened with the SPSTARPLAST ERP in September 2026.

What does a project cost?

Every project gets a fixed quote after a scoping call. For typical ranges by project type, see the software development pricing guide.

You talk to the person who writes the code. Read , or start from the Houston page.

Describe what you want built

A short call is enough to know whether it is a fit. If it is, you get a written scope and a fixed quote for the first version.
