Work behind this service

Built and in use today

Three different kinds of project: a client ERP, a platform for a school, and Sağlama, Savas Tutumlu's own product.

Client · ManufacturingIn production · handed over Sep 2026

SPSTARPLAST Manufacturing ERP

A production ERP for an insulation anchor manufacturer: 16 modules and 50+ screens in Turkish, covering sales, production, the mold shop, quality, purchasing, shipping and inventory.

  • Integrated with the company's LOGO ERP: accepted quotes post to LOGO as sales orders
  • Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript and Supabase PostgreSQL
  • Built and maintained May 2025 – Aug 2026, then moved to the client's own accounts with no downtime

Ev Çalışması Merkezi

An AI homework platform for a private middle school. Students upload photos or PDFs of handwritten homework; each question is marked correct, wrong or partly correct against the teacher's answer key, and explained.

  • A teacher's override always wins over the AI's verdict
  • After a mistake, students solve a similar AI-generated question by hand on screen
  • Teacher panel with class results, a curriculum-outcome heat map and hand-in tracking
Own product · Borsa İstanbul dataLive since July 2026

Sağlama

A free public site that recomputes three participation-finance ratios for Borsa İstanbul companies from their own financial statements, and shows the numerator, denominator, threshold and source document for each.

  • Python pipeline that parses PDF statements and records a SHA-256 hash of every file it fetches
  • Rulebooks kept as versioned data, with a public correction log
  • Next.js site on PostgreSQL, with a read-only JSON API in open preview
What you can hire for

What Stratagem builds

Each item below points to something that is running now, not a list of things that could be built.

Internal tools and ERPs

Screens for the people who run the business: quotes, production plans, stock and quality checks. The SPSTARPLAST ERP gives each user access to any of 14 functional areas.

Web applications

Public sites and logged-in portals in Next.js and React, backed by PostgreSQL. Sağlama and the Erkan Ulu homework platform both run this way.

Integrations

Sync with the systems you already use: LOGO ERP, a school portal's class rosters, the Google Ads API.

AI features

Reading handwriting from photos, marking work against an answer key, answering from your own data, with a person checking where it matters.

iOS apps

Swift and React Native apps, from the first build to App Store review. Four are live today.

Desktop tools

Offline Mac apps when the work has to stay on the machine, like Otocropper: Python, PyTorch and a trained model inside one signed app.

Process

How a project runs

  1. A call and a written scope

You explain the problem and how it is handled today. Savas writes down what will be built, in what order, and what it costs.

  2. A working first version early

Real users get it as soon as it does one job well. The Erkan Ulu homework platform started in March 2026 and was in use at the school in May.

  3. Small releases, real feedback

Changes ship in small releases. Otocropper's last two releases in its first week came straight from teacher reports.

  4. A handover you control

Code, database and hosting live in your accounts. SPSTARPLAST received the repository, English technical documentation and a technical-debt report, and the move had no downtime.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Who will actually build my software?

Savas Tutumlu, the founder. He scopes the work, writes the code, deploys it and maintains it. The SPSTARPLAST ERP, Otocropper and Sağlama were each built by him alone.

Do I own the code?

Yes. The code, database and hosting can sit in your own accounts from the start or move there at handover. The SPSTARPLAST ERP moved to the company's own GitHub, Supabase and Vercel accounts in September 2026 with no downtime.

What technology do you use?

Mostly TypeScript with Next.js and React for web apps, Python for data pipelines and models, PostgreSQL (often through Supabase) for data, and Swift or React Native for iOS. The job decides: Otocropper had to work offline on a Mac, so it is a SwiftUI app with Python inside.

Can it connect to the systems we already use?

Usually. The ERP syncs customer, supplier and stock cards from LOGO and posts accepted quotes back as sales orders, the homework platform syncs class rosters from the school portal, and the Google Ads engine works through the official API.

How much does custom software cost?

It depends on the scope. After a short call you get a written proposal with what will be built, the milestones and the price. The pricing page explains how quotes and payments work.

Have something that needs building?
